RAW "SNICKERS" (V, P, GF, SF)

RAW “SNICKERS” RECIPE (VEGAN, PALEO, GLUTEN FREE + REFINED SUGAR FREE)

Hi babes!!
I’ve been LOVING on this super simple recipe lately. These bites are absolutely delicious and are made up of only 3 ingredients, take just about 5 minutes to make, and about 15 more minutes to freeze!

INGREDIENTS:

  • raw, pitted dates

    • I use the brand Mariani

  • natural peanut butter (no added sugar)

    • I use the brand PIC’S smooth + salt

  • dark chocolate chips (no added sugar)

    • I use the brand Lily’s

RECIPE:

  1. Peel open a pitted date

  2. Scoop a little scoop of peanut butter inside, then set aside

(Repeat steps 1-2 with desired amount of dates)

3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over the stove

4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-filled dates

5. Cover + place in the freezer

(Bites will be ready to eat in about 15 minutes. You can leave them in the freezer for up to a couple of weeks!)
